Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team in the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring store operations, analyzing sales and inventory data, and supporting store coordination. This role plays a crucial part in data-driven decision-making, ensuring smooth store performance and supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Store Operations: Track and oversee store activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sales Target Assistance: Support the sales team in organizing, tracking, and achieving sales targets.
  • Report Generation: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and store performance for senior management.
  • Store Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between management and store team members, addressing queries and ensuring operational alignment.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights to optimize store performance and improve sales outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact store efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend process enhancements to drive operational efficiency and sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Customer Support or Business Development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
