About Us

We are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder to join our business development team.

Responsibilities

  • Write and submit winning proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Identify relevant projects and craft tailored responses that highlight FTZ Digital's strengths.
  • Communicate with potential clients, understand their requirements, and align them with our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare project scopes, pricing, and timelines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads to ensure conversions.
  • Track bidding activities, update pipeline reports, and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years proven experience as an Upwork bidder or business development executive in an IT/digital agency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of services like web development (React, WordPress, Shopify), digital marketing (SEO, SMM, Ads), and branding.
  • Ability to write clear, client-focused proposals.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, proposal strategies, and profile optimization.
