Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Female HR Intern to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit.
  • Female candidates only (as per company's current departmental requirement).
