About the company: Looking for a Sales Coordinator (Female) for an IT Services and Consulting company. Specialties in Mail Server, Groupware, Mobility, Messaging, Unified Communication Server, VoIP, Cloud Services, collaboration, Hosted Email, and Team collaboration with 100+ employees.
Job Summary:
*We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Coordinator (Female)* with relevant sales experience of 3 years to join our team. This role combines inside sales activities, client visits, and partner management. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a passion for sales and a strong ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales & Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to selected Enterprise clients and generate new business opportunities through cold calling.
- Client Site Visits: If necessary, travel with the Manager Sales to client sites as required to build relationships, present solutions.
- Partner Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with active partners to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Sales Coordination & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and manage the operational aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, follow-ups, and timely delivery.
- Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and outcomes in the CRM system, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in inside sales, Email solution selling, IT services selling, telemarketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
- Experience in sales operations or coordination is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of relevant work experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role.
