  • Have excellent command over Gym machine/ training (Electrical & manual)
  • Assist trainer during personal training sessions, and client assessments.
  • Help gym members with exercise techniques, posture correction, and safe equipment use.
  • Monitor clients during workouts to ensure proper form, avoid injuries, and provide motivation.
  • Help implement fitness plans as instructed by trainer, including warm-ups, cardio, strength, and cool-down routines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of gym equipment and workout areas.
  • Perform basic exercise demonstrations and machine usage instructions when required.
  • Record attendance, assist in progress tracking, and update client logs or feedback forms.
  • Implies responsibility for attendance, fee collection, hygiene oversight, maintenance and coordination
