A leading software company in Gujranwala requires the services of Sales Assistant for Company having 1 Year experience in Business Development/ Sales.

Qualification

MBA(Marketing)/ BBA (Marketing)

Experience

1-year experience in sales Preferred

Duties:

  • Provide customer service to existing and new customers.
  • Work to build customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through one on one communications by phone, in person and by e-mail.
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and /or e-mail
  • Utilize proper telephone etiquette at all times.
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm at all times.
  • Ability to effectively handle customer service issues.
  • Be familiar with all product information.
  • Capable of managing different projects simultaneously and prioritizing them.
  • Capable of both taking direction and working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs25, Rs30,000.00 per month
