UrApp Technologies is looking for a Junior Business Analyst who will play a key role in understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications. The ideal candidate must have good problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest recommendations.
  • Support the creation of functional and technical specifications based on business needs.
  • Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation such as user stories, process flows, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of business solutions.
  • Support the testing of new systems, applications, or processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field (internships or academic projects are also considered).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Jira, or any relevant software).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field is preferred.
