Role Description

As a Production Incharge at ZAFA GROUP, you will oversee daily operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring the production process runs efficiently while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising team performance, monitoring compliance with safety protocols, maintaining equipment and supplies, and collaborating with other departments for process improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, requiring effective leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to supervise production operations effectively.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, safety protocols, and compliance standards related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and process optimization techniques.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve operational challenges to ensure consistent production output.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is required.
