Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Ticketing Manager. The Ticketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all ticketing operations, including managing ticket sales, processing and distributing tickets, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of events and services, handle customer queries and complaints effectively, and train and supervise ticketing staff. The Ticketing Manager will also analyze ticket sales data to propose improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Ticketing Operations, Customer Service, and Event Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Reporting Acumen
  • Leadership and Supervision Skills, including Staff Training
  • Proficient in Ticketing Software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the entertainment or airline industry is a plus
