Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation & Ticketing Officer located in Islamabad. Key responsibilities include handling airline reservation systems, managing ticket bookings, providing travel solutions to customers, and ensuring a seamless client experience. The officer will assist customers with flight connections, tailor travel plans to suit their preferences, manage queries, and resolve booking-related issues. The role requires expertise in utilizing travel system software and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of customer transactions.

Qualifications

  • Reservation and ticketing experience, including proficiency with airline reservation systems and online booking platforms
  • Customer service skills, including the ability to professionally address inquiries, handle complex queries, and provide tailored travel solutions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling ticket bookings and customer data
  • Familiarity with visa processing, travel planning, and coordination of tours and transportation
  • Strong computer literacy, including effective use of travel-related technology and software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage workloads in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the travel industry and knowledge of the IATA guidelines are advantageous
