We are looking for a skilled and versatile Chef / Cook with all-round culinary experience, specializing in authentic Pakistani cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, and be able to prepare high-quality meals while maintaining hygiene and efficiency in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and serve authentic Pakistani dishes (curries, biryanis, kebabs, breads, and traditional sweets).
  • Create diverse menus for daily meals and special occasions while ensuring taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Ensure proper use of spices, herbs, and ingredients to maintain authentic flavors.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Manage food inventory, minimize wastage, and ensure timely availability of ingredients.
  • Innovate and add variety to the menu by introducing new dishes while keeping traditional taste intact.
  • Coordinate with helpers and manage overall kitchen operations smoothly.
  • Ensure meals are prepared within allocated timelines.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Expertise in Pakistani cuisine with hands-on experience in preparing traditional and modern dishes.
  • Ability to cook multiple dishes simultaneously with consistency and quality.
  • Familiarity with kitchen hygiene, food handling, and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • All-round cooking skills (knowledge of continental/Chinese/BBQ is a plus).
  • Good communication and team management abilities.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma / Certification in Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Cook / Chef specializing in Pakistani food.
  • Experience in restaurants, catering, or private kitchens will be an advantage.

Location: 15th Floor, Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg, Lahore

Timings: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
