Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, articulate, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Liztek's cutting-edge Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), Resource Augmentation, and Reporting Solutions to achieve ambitious revenue goals for 2025/2026
- Proactively identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities within major banks, financial institutions, and multinational corporations across Pakistan and Middle East
- Engage senior-level decision-makers, building trusted, long-term relationships by understanding their strategic challenges and positioning Liztek's solutions as integral to their digital transformation and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, customizing proposals and solution demonstrations in collaboration with technical teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations.
- Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements that optimize value for both clients and Liztek, managing all sales pipeline activities with a disciplined, data-driven approach.
- Deliver compelling presentations and thought leadership that articulate the unique value propositions and ROI of Liztek's products across GRC, FCC, audit, and reporting domains.
- Develop and maintain an accurate and comprehensive sales forecast, monitoring pipeline health, conversion metrics, and market trends, providing timely insights and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate across internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to optimize the go-to-market approach and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay abreast of evolving FinTech market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Achieve product and organization-based targets associated to sales , revenue recognition and brand accomplishment
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of professional sales experience, with at least 8 years focused on the FinTech sector.
- Proven success in selling Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) solutions.
- Experience working with multinational corporations (MNCs) and leading banks.
- Deep understanding of FinTech ecosystems, especially regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Master's degree from a reputable institution in IT, Business field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results in competitive markets.
- Experience in accomplishing sales targets in solution sales (GRC & FCC platform)
