We are looking for a
Project Hunter / Online Bidder
who can secure projects on platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and LinkedIn
.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively bid and submit proposals for:
- Video & Creative Services
– Video editing, post-production, short stories, reels, and motion graphics. - Digital Marketing Services
– Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and lead generation campaigns. - Research and identify high-potential clients/leads.
- Customize proposals to client requirements.
- Maintain client communication until the project is closed.
- Pass qualified leads to our production/marketing team.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a bidder/project hunter on platforms like Upwork/Fiverr.
- Familiarity with video editing/post-production and digital marketing niches.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and commission-focused.
Compensation
- Commission-Based
– Earn a percentage for every project closed. - Flexible workload (
15–20 hrs/week minimum
, results-oriented). - Unlimited earning potential – more projects = more commission.
