𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞
𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related
field. 2–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in fashion/retail i
ndustry. Strong communication skills in English & Urdu (written and
verbal). Patience, problem-solving skills, and customer-centri
c mindset. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools
is a plus.
