Mobile App Marketing Specialist – Remote

We are looking for a Mobile App Marketing Expert with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads App Campaigns, Firebase, GA4, Google Play Console & AdMob monetization.

Your core role will be to scale app installs profitably, optimize ad monetization, keep apps compliant on Play Store, and help us grow globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch, optimize & scale Google App Campaigns (UAC) for installs & tROAS goals
  • Reduce CPI & improve ROAS through campaign optimization & audience strategy
  • Manage and link Firebase GA4 Google Ads Google Play Console
  • Build, monitor, and optimize conversion events & value tracking
  • Improve AdMob monetization (show-rate, eCPM, RPM, ARPDAU, fill-rate, frequency caps)
  • Review app data, retention & cohorts for growth decisions
  • Manage releases & ensure apps follow Google Play Store policies
  • Analyze performance and prepare weekly reporting + action plans
  • Coordinate with developers for event tracking, deep links, analytics setup

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in mobile app marketing / growth
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Google App Campaigns (UAC)
  • Firebase & GA4
  • Google Play Console
  • Google AdMob metrics & reporting
  • Proven ability to scale installs profitably (CPI → ROAS results)
  • Excellent understanding of Android ecosystem & Play policies
  • Data analysis skills (Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, reporting)
  • Creative mindset & strong problem-solving approach

Preferred Experience

  • Mediation experience (priority order):

AppLovin → Liftoff → Chartboost → Unity →

  • Familiarity with A/B testing for creatives & store listings
  • Basic ASO tools (keywords, competitors research, screenshots testing)
