Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their visa requirements, providing advice on available services and solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. This includes maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering high-quality support in coordination with our team of visa consultants.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales, client engagement, and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand visa services, processes, and requirements
  • Prior experience in immigration or visa consultancy is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
