Role Description

This is a full-time role for Dispatchers and Sales Executives, based on-site in Lahore. Responsibilities include managing the daily dispatching of freight, coordinating with carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining relationships with carriers and customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and working towards meeting sales targets. The role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Dispatching and coordinating with carriers
  • Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
  • Relevant education or certifications in logistics, sales, or related fields are beneficial
