Job Overview

SECO is hiring a Manager to Chief Executive Officer — a young, dynamic, and professional individual who will directly assist the CEO in managing daily tasks, correspondence, and schedules. The role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and fluency in English. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with executive-level leadership in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in daily management and administrative tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Communicate effectively on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Follow up on work progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain the highest professional image of the CEO's office.

Requirements

  • Age: 20 – 27 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • English: Exceptional fluency in speaking, reading, and writing (mandatory).
  • Testing: An online English-speaking test will be conducted. IELTS score (if available) should be attached with the CV.
  • Appearance: Must own a set of formal suits, shoes, and ties (mandatory dress code).
  • Experience: Previous managerial/administrative experience is an advantage, but not required if English skills are strong.
  • Location: Must be Lahore-based (no accommodation provided).
