Role Overview

As a Client Support Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Engage with customers to resolve issues and provide account-related support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred; e-commerce knowledge (e.g., eBay) is a plus
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills (essential for both local & international customers)
  • Must bring your own laptop daily
  • Ability to commute or relocate near Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
