Globix Core is a Lahore-based ecommerce solutions agency helping brands grow online. We specialize in store setup, product optimization, and digital marketing across major marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. Our experienced team delivers tailored strategies and results-driven solutions for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Support payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Develop HR initiatives to drive company growth
  • Foster a positive company culture
  • Outsourcing wholesalers for Amazon, eBay, and Walmart ecommerce operations (training provided)
  • Use our proprietary software for HR processes (full briefing and training provided)
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data
  • Support employee engagement and performance management
  • Identify training needs and provide opportunities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (not necessarily, but provides an edge)
  • Previous HR experience or internships (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills (experience with HR-MS or similar systems is preferred, but not required)
