About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records.
  • Prepare HR documents and reports.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Eager to learn and work in a team environment.
