Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Agent, located in Lahore. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. The Call Agent will also be involved in maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the customer support team.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience, particularly in handling phone calls and addressing inquiries
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in sales or lead generation is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is an advantage
