We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in IT support and network troubleshooting. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, and network).
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Manage user accounts, emails, and IT access permissions.
  • Assist in regular backups, updates, and security checks.
  • Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and warranties

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT , Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 
    2 years of experience
     in IT Support / Network administration.
  • knowledge of Windows OS, Linux, MS Office, and networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).
  • Familiarity with antivirus, backup tools, and IT security practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be resident of Islamabad and Rawalpindi
