Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with technical teams to design solutions.
  • Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of successful IT sales experience.
  • Basic understanding of hardware products/brands including Client, Server, Storage, Media Degausser and CCTV solutions from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, ProDevice and others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must have own conveyance.
