We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Support Executive
to assist our UK-based client in managing daily operations of his Real Estate business. The role will be primarily administrative, with a focus on ensuring smooth coordination, efficient task management, and high-quality support to the client's business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to manage daily business operations.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases related to properties and clients.
  • Handle email communication, appointment scheduling, and calendar management for the client.
  • Assist with property listings, enquiries, and follow-ups with potential buyers/tenants.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, agents, and customers on behalf of the client.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and provide regular updates to the client.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis when needed.
  • Support in documentation, contracts, and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (Real Estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
