We're looking for a
Salesforce Developer

to join our team and help build and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders, admins, and other developers to customize and enhance our Salesforce platform, ensuring performance, usability, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
  • Customize standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation of technical processes.
  • Debug and resolve issues in a timely manner and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous operations (Batch Apex, Queueable, Future methods).
  • Exposure to third-party AppExchange packages and managed package development.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
