Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationships using CRM tools and strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM database, analyzing customer behavior, supporting marketing campaigns, and improving the customer journey to drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
  • Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and preferences.
  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer lifecycle stages and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies.
  • Generate reports on CRM campaign performance and KPIs (open rates, click-through, conversion, etc.)
  • Develop automation workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Recommend tools and practices to improve CRM efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a CRM-focused role.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools, customer segmentation, and automation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific CRM use case, e.g., real estate, B2B SaaS, hospitality]
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data querying (optional)
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
