People Administrator

Type: Full-Time | On-site
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Administration - with 12 months HR experience preferred. (Any experience in recruitment, employee engagement and operations support/management will be useful).
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, human resource management or other relevant field (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with all people-based matters and internal operations
- Keep employee records and HR trackers accurate and up to date
- Support with and then take over (when comfortable) all employee onboarding, inductions, and policy briefings with a focus on getting people up to speed fast
- Support with and then take over (when comfortable) business recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and managing candidates efficiently
- Support the rollout of HR policies, process updates, and culture initiatives
- Support with maintenance of business culture and employee development across all teams
- Drive engagement activities that are practical, meaningful, and consistent
- Coordinate with department leads on performance reviews, KPIs, and probation assessments
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and maintain confidentiality

- Detail-focused, responsible, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

- Must be a peoples person and keen to support the engagement and development of others
