Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our B2B growth initiatives and represent our company across platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn. This role requires a professional who can confidently present the company's profile, build strategic client relationships, and drive long-term partnerships that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience in client-facing business development roles, with a strong background in B2B relationship management, client communication, and strategic presentation of services in the IT, Web Development, or Digital Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong B2B client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
  • Represent the company professionally on Upwork and LinkedIn, effectively presenting our profile, portfolio, and service offerings.
  • Craft persuasive business proposals, capability statements, and presentations that clearly communicate the company's value proposition.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, conduct outreach, and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional client experience.
  • Conduct business reviews and performance discussions to strengthen partnerships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to help refine positioning and client engagement strategies. Mentor junior business development staff and contribute to the overall sales strategy and planning.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in B2B business development, client relationship management, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience in handling Upwork and LinkedIn-based business relationships with a consultative sales approach.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills capable of delivering compelling company introductions and proposals.
  • Strong understanding of how to represent and position a service-based company to potential clients.
  • Experience in managing high-value client portfolios and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, develop tailored solutions, and close strategic deals.
  • leadership mindset with experience guiding or mentoring team members.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
