Description
  • Oversee and manage the Company's general financial functions, including but not limited to:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General Ledger
  • Taxes
  • Budgeting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Manage and maintain accounts using the company's Software
  • Ensure compliance and effective liaison with relevant government authorities, including FBR, SRB, State Bank, Treasury Department, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Prepare and submit invoices to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups for payments.
  • Establish, implement, and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in line with company standards and international best practices.
  • Ensure that all payments made and received are processed according to internal controls and compliance guidelines.
  • Manage and coordinate the company's monthly payroll operations.
  • Provide payroll services to clients, including accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with payroll clients, addressing queries and ensuring high service satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve finance & accounting systems and procedures, and initiate corrective actions where necessary.
  • Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities as well as the annual corporate financial controls audit.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure correct and timely financial closing and reporting at year-end.
Qualification
  • A minimum qualification in BBA & Finance
  • Preference will be given to MBA (Finance)/M.Com/ACCA
Experience
  • At least 5 years of Experience in a relevant Field.
