Job Description:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of customer relations.
  • Handle and resolve patient complaints, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD) services to ensure a smooth and satisfying patient experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address service-related issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Monitor patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Support the admission and discharge processes to ensure timely and empathetic communication with patients and families.
  • Conduct regular audits of service desks and patient areas to ensure quality, cleanliness, and adherence to service protocols.
