Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative (CSR) / Order Taker to manage incoming orders, assist customers with their queries, and coordinate effectively with our kitchen and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and online ordering platforms.
  • Provide polite, prompt, and accurate responses to menu or order-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely and correct order dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Keep digital menus, order lists, and reports updated.
  • Operate POS systems, WhatsApp, Microsoft Excel, and CRM tools efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Intermediate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or order-taking role (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu (English preferred).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
  • Confidence using technology, including POS, WhatsApp, and Excel.
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional, polite, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time
