We are hiring Customer Support Representative to join our outbound calling team in a fast-paced and tech-savvy work environment. If you have strong English communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you

Role Description

Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided leads

· Communicate clearly and effectively in English

· Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

· Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Qualifications

· Excellent spoken English and listening skills

· Comfortable using computer systems and tech platforms

· Punctual, reliable, and able to work night shifts

· Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

· 
Fresh graduates
