What You'll Do:

As an HR Assistant, you'll play an active role in keeping our operations smooth and our people supported. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with bulk hiring.
  • Assist with smooth and welcoming onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft and share HR-related documents, notices, and engaging internal communications.
  • Play a role in employee engagement initiatives—helping to organize events, activities, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in policy implementation, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on exciting projects that enhance workplace culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or administration is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • A team player with great organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A motivated, proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
