Job Description:

Distributor Payments

  • Ensure timely reimbursement of the claims of sales distributors (within in 7 days) for both EBM & CFL.
  • Manage all the expense claims which include those of gondolas, legend leads, branding and key accounts.
  • Ensure document completion for all the claims to avoid delays in the process.
  • Validate all the supporting documents before processing them to finance.
  • Verify the invoices and the claims and update the SAP accordingly.
  • Manage sales returns and stale damages, verify the barcodes of the goods returned.
  • Ensure all the expenses are done within the allocated budget and hold the claims if the budget is exhausted.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare sales reports for better depiction of the sales generated which is done from weekly to monthly basis as per the need.
  • Prepare Daily Production Analysis report to give an overview of the production done against the given target, on weekly basis.

Audit

  • Assist in the yearly Sales operations audit to ensure compliances and support the department regarding coordination with the audit.
