Job Location: Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in Karachi. This role involves achieving sales targets, creating and maintaining outlets, analyzing KPIs, supervising marketing initiatives, and managing assets and competitor activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve secondary SKU-wise volume targets to increase market share.
  2. Manage discounts and promotions to maximize net sales revenue.
  3. Create and retain outlets based on targets and area potential to enhance distribution.
  4. Regularly audit sales data in information systems.
  5. Analyze KPIs and adjust routes or frequencies to improve performance.
  6. Conduct daily calls, market visits, and coach presellers on the call process.
  7. Review outlet execution scores and address gaps to ensure marketing initiatives are executed properly.
  8. Monitor competitor activities and suggest counter-strategies.
  9. Supervise the deployment and utilization of company assets like coolers, signage, and activation materials.
  10. Manage in-outlet investments, discounts, DME, and activation efforts.
  11. Ensure equipment efficiency, increase cooler throughput, and recover missing or disputed coolers.
