
Field Sales Executive

At Zameen, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage real estate agencies' portfolios in assigned areas/regions by conducting client visits, giving demonstrations, and securing impactful deals.
- Achieve revenue growth targets as per regional business plans through the development and implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Revive lost clients to minimize churn and identify new business opportunities, while managing tasks and tracking KPIs within the CRM for the assigned portfolio.
- Explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities for portfolio growth, handle client queries/issues, and take ownership to ensure immediate resolution and foster long-term strategic partnerships through superior customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales.
- Must have a laptop, mobile device, and internet connection to effectively manage tasks and communicate with clients.
- A strong understanding of the local real estate market and ability to work towards achieving set targets.
