Job Opportunity:

This is a challenging bid management position that requires an experienced professional to review and assess tender opportunities, compile high-quality submissions, and work closely with other members of the global bid management team and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in written English, previous experience in creating B2B technical proposals, and proven project-management ability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

  • Tender Review & Assessment: Identify and evaluate tender opportunities to ensure they align with our goals.
  • Bid Compilation: Manage and compile tender responses with attention to detail and consistency throughout.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely input and contribute to a cohesive submission.
  • Platform Familiarity: Ensure all submissions are compliant with platform requirements.
  • On-time Submissions: Deliver high-standard tenders within required deadlines.
