TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Information Technology Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, development, and execution of our IT and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale IT operations within engineering or technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of network and systems engineers to drive high performance and accountability
Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of all IT and network operations
Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues and escalations
Maintain and upgrade critical infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
Enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Oversee data center operations, including backups, disaster recovery, power, and cooling systems
Manage incident response procedures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business objectives
Provide regular reporting on system health, project progress, and risk assessments

Technical Expertise Required

Networking: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers
Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, DCIM platforms
Operating Systems: Windows & Linux (administration level)
Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
Storage: SAN, NAS

Leadership & Project Management Skills

Proven experience in building and leading high-performing IT teams
Strong project management capabilities including budgeting, planning, and execution
Expertise in vendor management and negotiating SLAs and service agreements
A strategic mindset focused on innovation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
