Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Web Wiz Information Technology. The role is based in Islamabad, with some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and building strategic partnerships to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business through freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
  2. Lead B2B outreach and lead generation via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and web research.
  3. Write compelling business proposals, respond to RFPs, and close high-value deals.
  4. Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings.
  5. Maintain strong follow-up strategies to convert prospects into long-term clients.
  6. Analyze trends in the digital services industry to identify new opportunities.

Technical Requirements

  1. Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in business development on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  2. Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation and cold outreach strategies.
  3. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  4. Solid understanding of IT services including web development, custom software, and digital marketing.
  5. Experience with proposal writing, bidding strategies, and pricing models for international clients.
  6. Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project briefs.

Qualifications

  1. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  5. Prior experience in the IT industry is a strong plus.
