Key Account Manager/ Technical Sales Manager

Job Description
The Key Account Manager/ Technical Sales Manager will be offering Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper converged, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions including Cloud Storage and backup solutions to C-level executives in IT industry customers mainly based in the US and Canada to fulfill their project requirements and objectives using great presentation skills, excellent communication skills, product knowledge, strong selling and closing skills, and team leadership.
Requirements:
- Actively engage in day-to-day activities with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solutions, and the products offerings.
- Provide technical solutions to new and existing customers in a professional manner.
- Create and confidently deliver technical presentations in an online sales meeting.
- Build productive relationships internally and externally, with a focus on teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on product information.
- Create a compelling sales proposal with pricing and technical brief.
- Coordinate with the customer for all kinds of documentation, datasheets, catalogs, etc.
- Strong follow-up with customers to close the deal.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components is a must.
- Experience of effectively using any CRM software would be great.
- Knowledge of Datacenter solutions would be a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, B2B IT product selling experience in US, Canada, EU businesses, strong selling and closing skills, presentation skills, technical skills, leadership skills, and team management skills.
