Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with all stakeholders and optimize training processes for efficiency.
  • Translate requirements into training programs that prepare employees for their next career steps.
  • Ensure strategic alignment of the training department with business goals.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for SBDM and upper management.
  • Promote organizational values and integrity.
  • Deliver training through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions.
  • Create, update, and refine training materials such as manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify skill gaps.
  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Recommend and implement new training techniques or tools to enhance program outcomes.

Core Competencies & Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical insights, and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: 1-2 years in training and development.
