Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Support & Coordination- Manage office filing systems (digital and physical)
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and forms
- Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Draft internal and external correspondence when needed
- Route messages and documents accurately to the concerned departments
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and event coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
- Maintain office calendar and task deadlines
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers
- Ensure the front desk or common areas remain organised and presentable
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of document formatting and office management tools
- Timeliness and accuracy of documentation
- Internal department satisfaction and support efficiency
- Task and meeting coordination effectiveness
- Neatness and organisation of admin functions
