Overview

We are a leading organization engaged in the distribution, wholesale, and retail of pharmaceuticals, disposables, surgical equipment, and laboratory items. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Sales and Marketing operations in the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and monitor progress through periodic reporting.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities are executed in alignment with approved plans.
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong coordination with vendors and partners.
  • Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team, including hiring, training, retention, and development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to sales, vendors, and other relevant business areas.
  • Ensure full compliance with DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) and all other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain close coordination and communication with the CEO, COO, and Directors of the company.
  • Oversee the addition of new products to the company's portfolio.
  • Continuously work on expanding the product range and increasing sales volume and customer base.

  • Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively.
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and the application of AI in business operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on growth, performance, and achieving targets.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline).
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in distribution, sales, and marketing operations.
  • The ideal candidate must possess practical knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution systems and operational workflows.
Area of Operation and Working Place
  • Primary: Sindh Province
  • Occasional travel to other parts of Pakistan
