Yunus Textile Mills Limited is looking for energetic profiles for the below-mentioned position based in Landhi, Karachi.

Qualification:

Graduation/Masters

Experience:

Minimum 03 years

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to quality data and system-related aspects, ensuring prompt and clear communication
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer audits and information requests, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain quality-related data to ensure accurate records and provide actionable insights.
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track key quality metrics, offering real-time updates for relevant stakeholders.
  • Create periodic quality reports for both customers and internal use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist in final inspections and other inspection processes as required to uphold quality standards.
  • Supervise and conduct inspections for NPD/PP samples, pre-cut, and final stages.
  • Review and approve items in alignment with SM QA standards at finish folding and cut-to-pack stages.
  • Keep quality assurance documentation up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in preparing for quality audits and customer evaluations.
  • Train the QA team to ensure correct product implementation, aiming to reduce rework and quality issues.
