Responsibilities
  1. Ability to initiate a project with the teams i.e. Meetings
  2. Ability to identify major requirements, high-level scope, timeline estimates, stakeholders, and risks.
  3. Ability to gather requirements and define scope.
  4. Ability to build project schedules or high-level roadmaps.
  5. Develop and implement project plans through collaboration with the team.
  6. Identify roles and responsibilities based on skills required for project activities.
  7. Develop and maintain project release plans using PM tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
  8. Establish project communications for small to large-scale cross-functional teams.
  9. Apply PM concepts as needed.
  10. Identify risks based on experience or through collaboration with the project team.
  11. Maintain and identify required deliverables related to the project(s).
  12. Analyze planned vs actual work done (monitoring & controlling).
  13. Consult with the cross-functional team during project execution.
  14. Log issues faced by the project team and resolve them in a timely manner.
  15. Raise 'RED' concerns when necessary.
  16. Follow the escalation path.
  17. Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders aligned.
  18. Close out the project after validating all planned vs delivered deliverables.
  19. Work on support/operation tasks.
  20. Support senior project managers on large projects or initiatives to ensure documentation and artifacts meet best practices.
  21. Primarily responsible for small to medium-sized projects (3-4), with opportunities to work on larger or critical projects concurrently.
  22. Document meetings, issues, and follow processes.
  23. Understand PM concepts, preferably PMI, including business case, charter, build vs buy, alternative analysis, estimations, and knowledge areas.
  24. Basic knowledge of networking, sysops, software development concepts, and database concepts.
  25. Analytical skills to break down large tasks into smaller ones.
Qualifications

Education: IT Graduate
Experience: Core PM experience (2-3 years)
Reporting Time: Eastern Time
