Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Online Business Development Executive at Hiran Creatives. The role involves new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. While based in Rawalpindi, some work from home is acceptable.
A skilled and motivated Online Business Development Executive who can help us acquire international clients through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in bidding, client communication, and lead generation, along with the ability to conduct Google Meet meetings professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Write persuasive proposals tailored to client needs
- Engage and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct online meetings via Google Meet to understand project requirements and present services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Meet monthly targets and bring in quality leads
- Proven experience (2+ years) in client acquisition from freelancing platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable handling live meetings with international clients
- Familiar with project-based pricing, negotiations, and proposal writing
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy
