We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join one of our clients in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in core HR functions and be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and documentation.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Maintain and update HR records, personnel files, and HRIS systems.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance review processes and maintain appraisal records.
  • Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
  • Handle basic employee relations and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide support for compliance and labor law documentation.
  • Coordinate with US-based HR and management teams to align with corporate HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools.
  • Willingness to work onsite during US business hours (6 PM to 3 AM PKT).
