Galaxy EHR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Development - Referrals to join our team in Pakistan. Galaxy EHR is a leading provider of electronic health records (EHR) solutions, helping healthcare organizations streamline operations, enhance patient care, and improve efficiency. Our innovative platform empowers medical professionals with cutting-edge technology designed for seamless practice management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate, process, and issue invoices in a timely manner.
  • Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile discrepancies in billing and resolve any related issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer billing records and update accounts as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and analyze billing reports for internal review.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues and disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Develop and execute a referral-based business development strategy to expand Galaxy EHR's network of healthcare providers, clinics, and industry partners.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key referral sources, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage referral partnerships by maintaining regular communication, providing support, and ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on referral program performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials to support referral initiatives.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving healthcare technology to position Galaxy EHR effectively.
  • Represent Galaxy EHR at networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to build brand awareness and attract potential partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong professional English skills (both written and verbal) are required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, including the ability to draft compelling business correspondence, conduct presentations, and engage with partners professionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or referral marketing, preferably within the healthcare, EHR, or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful referral programs and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, referral tracking systems, and EHR software is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a billing or accounting role.
  • The compensation for this position will be determined based on individual credentials, and level of experience.
  • This is a full-time position based in Karachi Division, Sindh, Pakistan.
  • Occasional overtime may be required during peak financial periods.
