Description of Key Job Duties:

  • Develop and agree upon annual business plans with key customers; monitor monthly and quarterly performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and credit conditions with customers to secure favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Ensure timely payment collection by managing credit terms and maintaining strong follow-up with clients.
  • Provide regular forecasts for demand, pricing, and payments on a monthly basis, with weekly updates as needed.
  • Identify and develop new customer relationships in alignment with the company's channel and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor pricing, market activities, and strategic movements to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Manage key account relationships with strategic planning, channel development, and negotiation of commercial terms.
  • Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and sustained business engagement.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills Requirement:

  • Master or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Power or related field;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
  • Having good knowledge of PV market industry dynamics and landscape is required;
  • Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system;
  • Excellent knowledge of PV industry value chain downstream influencers and sensitive in competition environment;
  • Willingness to do business travel overseas in short notice;
  • Strong negotiating and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, independent, diligent and detail-oriented personality;
  • Proactive in solving problems, open to customers.
